EY seeks a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day execution of engineering teams building EY’s Agentic AI platform. You’ll own delivery cadence, oversee Scrum ceremonies, and ensure commitments are met with evidence-backed reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent depth.
• 7+ years in technical delivery, engineering project or program management.
• Technical background as a software/platform engineer.
• Ability to evaluate estimates, decomposition and risk with evidence.
• Proven track record running Scrum or Kanban for teams of engineers.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team programs with cross-team dependencies.
• Fluency with modern cloud-native engineering: Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery cadence across engineering teams and ceremonies.
• Track in-flight work and surface slippage to ensure timely delivery.
• Hold engineers to deliverables and timelines with explicit definitions of done.
• Interrogate estimates, test sizing, and challenge padding with evidence.
• Break down architecture into deliverable stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Plan sprint and release across phased platform builds and defend gates.
• Manage cross-discipline dependencies across teams and domains.
• Maintain live view of risks and mitigations; communicate to leadership.
• Report delivery status with evidence including velocity and cycle time.
• Protect the team’s focus from interruptions and scope creep.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and architects on sequencing and direction.
