This hybrid role blends technical support with customer engineering, requiring collaboration with engineering and product teams to improve the platform.

You will apply prompt engineering to optimize AI workers, ensuring reliability and speed in real-world logistics workflows.

• Strong ability to triage, prioritize, and resolve issues independently under tight deadlines.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn customer workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Triage and quickly triage customer issues and ensure resolution.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to strengthen the platform.
• Apply prompt engineering to help customers fine-tune their AI workers for accuracy and speed.
• Foster growth into senior customer engineering or product-facing roles over time.
