EY is seeking a senior AI platform architect to shape a scalable, production‑ready foundation for AI workloads across cloud and hybrid environments. You will own the platform vision, reference architectures, and non‑functional standards, guiding teams from idea to production.

This high‑impact role requires deep cloud experience, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to balance cost, performance, and risk. Travel up to 50% to collaborate across offices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities with production AI workloads.
• Track record of building a shared platform adopted by multiple product teams.
• Deep experience in at least one major cloud with portable patterns for hybrid/multi‑cloud.
• Hands‑on depth in orchestration, networking, identity, IaC, delivery automation, APIs, and observability.
• Experience operating model‑serving and AI lifecycle capabilities including release controls and incident learning.
• Ability to make build‑versus‑buy decisions and explain consequences.
• Cross‑functional leadership with senior stakeholders; mentoring capability.
• Up to 50% travel; hybrid office availability.

Responsabilidades

• Set the platform direction: AI platform vision, reference architecture, roadmap, and non‑functional standards across cloud, hybrid, and edge.
• Run the platform as a product: define service tiers, prioritize the roadmap, and measure adoption and value.
• Enable portable model access: design gateways, stable contracts, policy‑aware routing, and resilience.
• Architect elastic foundations for AI workloads considering performance, regional constraints, resilience and cost.
• Automate production readiness with repeatable delivery patterns and progressive release.
• Define trusted agent runtimes with secure execution patterns and governance.
• Engineer for reliability: set service objectives, observability standards, recovery patterns.
• Make economics visible by linking usage, performance, and quality signals.
• Guide strategic choices: build versus buy and portability decisions with key partners.
• Build capability: mentor engineers and SREs and promote reusable production patterns.
