EY is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to lead the AI platform strategy across cloud, hybrid, and edge environments. You will design scalable foundations, establish governance, and partner with product, security, and risk teams to deliver durable, observable AI workloads.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, cross-functional leadership, and turning ambitious ideas into reproducible production patterns. Travel up to 50% and hybrid office work are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience in cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities.
• Experience designing and operating cloud and AI workloads.
• Track record building a shared platform adopted by multiple product teams.
• Deep experience in at least one major cloud with hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
• Hands-on engineering depth: orchestration, networking, IaC, APIs, observability.
• Experience operating AI lifecycle capabilities and release controls.
• Ability to make build-versus-buy decisions with clear trade-offs.
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Set the platform direction: AI platform vision, reference architecture, roadmap, and non-functional standards.
• Run the platform as a product: define service tiers, prioritize the roadmap, measure adoption.
• Enable portable model access with gateways, contracts, and policy-aware routing.
• Architect elastic foundations for AI workloads across compute, storage, and networks.
• Automate the path to production with repeatable delivery patterns and evidence building.
• Define trusted agent runtimes with secure execution and replay capabilities.
• Engineer for reliability: service objectives, observability standards, resilience tests.
• Make economics visible by linking usage, performance, and quality signals.
• Guide strategic choices: build-versus-buy and portability decisions with partners.
• Build capability: mentor engineers, strengthen architecture practices.
• Travel up to 50% and operate in a hybrid office environment.
