Job summary

MRO is seeking an AI Platform Architect to own and operate the platform layer of our AI tooling, provisioning Claude, Copilot, and related services, and to enable safe, scalable usage across the enterprise. This hands-on role partners with security, IT, and business teams to deploy, monitor, and govern AI resources, build automation and dashboards, and drive adoption while managing costs and ROI.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON experience configuring AI platforms at scale.
• Ability to deploy and monitor LLM services across environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/SOC 2/HITRUST in AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure AI tools and platforms, provisioning, config, usage monitoring.
• Own the platform layer for AI context at scale including registry and access control.
• Build lightweight internal tooling and automation for deployment scripts and dashboards.
• Own AI transformation analytics and dashboards tracking adoption and ROI.
• Monitor AI tool health and cloud resources; collaborate on LLM API operations.
• Maintain security settings and AI governance assets; respond to security reviews.
• Support vendor due diligence and risk assessments; maintain governance docs.
