Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking an AI Infrastructure Architect to design scalable, secure AI platform capabilities across AWS-first infrastructure, IAM, networking, and data integration. You will influence enterprise patterns, define reference architectures, and partner with I&O, security, and application teams.

This role drives observability, cost control, compliance-by-design, and gated handoffs to engineering delivery, shaping platform engineering constructs for CI/CD and governance for AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in infrastructure/cloud/platform architecture.
• Experience with AWS-first architectures and automated delivery patterns.
• Experience designing secure, compliant, auditable platforms in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architectures and reusable platform patterns.
• Guide CI/CD and governance for AI Platform consumers.
• Evaluate emerging AI, automation, data, and integration technologies.
• Ensure alignment with IT strategy, security, and compliance.
