Qualifications

1-3+ years in an analyst, QA, operations, or related technical role.
Ability to fluidly move between analyst, QA, and support work and re-prioritize calmly.
Growth mindset and self-motivation with bias toward action.
Fluency in manual testing and willingness to learn automated testing tools/frameworks.
Strong communication translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Open to feedback and challenging ideas in a collaborative environment.
Experience reasoning about non-deterministic systems; AI observability/eval tooling is a plus.
Experience with coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin) is a plus.
Knowledge of AI governance or responsible AI principles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress is highly desired.
