The Business Development Lead for AI Partnerships at Pinterest will source and evaluate new partnerships and manage existing strategic partnerships with technology platform companies to drive growth and engagement on Pinterest.

You will lead partner strategy, negotiate complex deals, and build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, legal, and marketing to execute deals and grow our AI initiatives while navigating the evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years in business development.
• Experience managing AI partnerships and leading complex deals.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with cross-functional collaboration.
