Job summary

Amazon AWS seeks a senior technologist to co-build AI agents and orchestrate multi-agent workflows with Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP servers. You’ll automate partner-program processes, validate designs, and drive customer success across end-to-end PoC-to-delivery engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-build AI agents with APO engineering.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate partner-program processes: technical validations, competency assessments, contract review, co-sell workflows, and MSP tooling.
• Architect externalization pipelines that move agents from internal PoC into Partner Central.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP servers.
• Integrate agents with Partner Central platform APIs and federation layers.
• Improve agent accuracy and decision quality through prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation passes.
• Contribute infrastructure-as-code patterns and reusable agent templates.
• Own the full engagement lifecycle for partner engagements: discovery, architecture, build, delivery, and executive readout.
• Design solution architectures and build-specs for agentic AI workloads.
• Build working code (serverless, event-driven, multi-agent) and run evaluations to validate quality.
• Deliver agentic AI workshops that walk partner engineers through patterns.
