Responsibilities

• Co-build AI agents with engineering teams to automate partner-program processes.
• Architect externalization pipelines moving agents to live partner workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP.
• Integrate agents with Partner Central APIs and federation layers.
• Improve agent accuracy via prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation passes.
• Own end-to-end engagement lifecycle for partner engagements.
