Job summary

Amazon seeks an experienced technical professional to join the AWS ASP SAIL team in Seattle, focusing on co-building AI agents that automate partner programs and scale partner success. You will drive PoCs end-to-end from discovery to working code, architect multi-agent systems, and communicate with partner leadership.

The role emphasizes production code, serverless architectures, and direct collaboration with engineering and business leaders to deliver architectural designs and measurable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-build AI agents with APO engineering.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate partner-program processes: technical validations, competency assessments, contract review, co-sell workflows, and MSP tooling.
• Architect externalization pipelines that move agents from internal proof-of-concept into Partner Central.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP servers.
• Integrate agents with Partner Central platform APIs and federation layers.
