Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Partner Development Manager to accelerate AWS AI adoption across the WWPS NSI partner ecosystem.

This role focuses on defining joint offerings, enabling AI-driven development, and articulating ROI to drive adoption and revenue across government, defense, education, and healthcare sectors. The candidate will drive go-to-market motions, collaborate with product and field teams, and scale successful partner adoption patterns across WWPS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 2+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML and GenAI.
• 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building/cost-benefit analyses and communicating results.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline and revenue through joint go-to-market motions with NSI partners to bring agentic AI solutions to WWPS end-customers.
• Accelerate partner AI adoption by embedding AWS Agentic AI tools into customer engagements and offerings.
• Define joint offerings with NSI partners that package AWS Agentic AI capabilities into scalable public sector solutions.
• Enable AI-driven development practices across partner delivery organizations.
• Engage partners to articulate ROI and cost-to-deliver improvements from AI tools.
• Develop business cases and financial models quantifying ROI of AI tool adoption.
• Serve as AI SME aligned to WWPS partner organization and connect partner needs to AWS teams.
• Scale adoption motions by identifying patterns and replicating them across NSI partners.
• Engage stakeholders across partner and customer organizations to articulate tech capabilities and financial impact.
