Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales and post-sales in GTM AI. You will architect integration of models, agents, and connectors into customer ecosystems, ensuring adoption and viable delivery. You’ll engage with Enterprise, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with DeepMind and Vertex AI teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering.
• Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams and practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluation phases.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise-grade AI solutions and integration.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementations and test workarounds.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering to translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy and own delivery with customer-facing teams.
