Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by applying business analysis, customer insight, and emerging AI tools. Remote role with up to 25% travel; passport/visa compliance required for international travel.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and deploying AI solutions, analyzing ticket trends, and coordinating with Product and R&D to ensure operational readiness before rollout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, business analysis, or related role with equivalent education.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted tools; quick to learn new AI platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive support transformation by evaluating processes, identifying pain points, and recommending AI-enabled improvements.
• Gather feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into actionable AI enhancements.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to reduce effort and speed up resolution.
• Design, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta staff and customers.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery through adoption and measurement.
• Develop prompts, workflows, and knowledge sources for AI solutions.
