Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies. This remote role welcomes candidates in the US and Canada, with travel as needed (approx. 25%).

Passport/visas for entry to US, Canada, and Caribbean required. The role emphasizes evaluating processes, reducing ticket effort, and shaping AI-enabled workflows while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, or related role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and solutions.
• Experience with or knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive Support transformation and continuous improvement by evaluating processes and recommending AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather feedback from customers, Support teams, and leadership to translate into actionable improvements.
• Examine ticket trends and metrics to reduce effort and improve experience.
• Identify high-value opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging tech in Support processes.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to adoption and measurement.
