Job summary

Valerie Health is seeking an Operations Specialist to own the operational delivery for partner medical groups, ensuring workflows run accurately, efficiently, and reliably.

You will process patient and practice data across Valerie’s systems, collaborate with Central Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams, and continuously improve platform workflows. This is an early-career role with room to grow as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a track record of achievement.
• Early-career candidates are welcome; startup, operations, or healthcare experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery for partner practices and ensure workflows run smoothly and meet quality expectations.
• Execute core platform workflows by processing patient and practice data with high accuracy and speed.
• Maintain data integrity by identifying discrepancies and resolving issues or elevating them.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Central Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams to surface issues and drive improvements.
