Fiddler AI is hiring a Solutions Architect in Customer Success. You will guide onboarding, partner with data science teams, and drive measurable value from AI observability deployments. You’ll advocate customer needs across the organization while expanding integrations and renewals.

You’ll work with a collaborative Customer Success Engineering team, operating remotely, and contributing to a fast-growing startup culture focused on trust in AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• 2+ years deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful onboarding experiences with customers.
• Be the trusted technical partner for data science and ML teams.
• Champion customer voice in product roadmap and strategy.
• Become a domain expert in AI Observability and platform capabilities.
• Deliver seamless integrations connecting to customer data ecosystems.
• Accelerate platform adoption through integration patterns with data platforms.
• Uncover and drive expansion opportunities and renewals.
