Job summary

Fiddler AI is seeking a Solutions Architect, Customer Success to ensure our customers achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes from their AI observability investments. You will be a technical expert and trusted advisor, bridging complex ML/LLM systems and real-world business value while guiding onboarding, integrations, and ongoing adoption.

You’ll master Fiddler’s platform, deliver custom integrations using Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow, S3, Kafka and more; collaborate with data science and ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/ML with 5–7+ years of experience.
• 2+ years deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑first mindset with ownership for delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding experiences, architect and implement onboarding solutions with a Delivery Manager.
• Be the trusted technical partner for customers, guiding ML teams to value from observability.
• Champion the customer voice across the company, guiding roadmap discussions and escalations.
• Become a domain expert in AI Observability and master Fiddler’s platform.
• Deliver seamless integrations with Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow, S3, Kafka, and more.
• Accelerate platform adoption by refining integration patterns with data platforms and ML infra.
• Identify expansion opportunities to drive renewals and growth.
