Job summary

Future Works is a US-focused AI-native professional services firm building operational AI and data systems. We seek a Solution Architect to own the client platform architecture inside their cloud, map a read-only integration pattern, and design the AI layer with robust security and auditability.

You will work with data and technology leads, full-stack engineers and business outcomes partners to unify disparate data sources into a single asset record, enabling gated, outcome-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution/Platform Architecture or senior software engineering with secure, production-grade systems experience.
• Experience designing end-to-end data platforms and integrations across heterogeneous systems.
• Strong cloud design and deployment experience in Azure (and AWS desirable).
• Familiarity with data tools like Power BI and modern web app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across ingestion, storage, data model, data quality and reporting.
• Define a single-tenant platform design inside a client cloud tenancy with identity and access controls.
• Shape the canonical data model linking funds, assets and accounts.
• Design read-only integration pipelines for systems that cannot be changed.
• Architect deterministic, auditable data workflows with lineage and guardrails.
• Define AI layer where agents and mappings operate with sources cited.
• Set production readiness: performance, resilience, monitoring and deployment.
• Plan legacy retirement and data migration strategies.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership and drive architecture decisions.
• Shape the value case with the client finance team and establish runbooks.
