Future Works, a US-focused AI-native professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Business Architect to lead operations strategy for a major enterprise client in healthcare and consumer goods. You will own end-to-end discovery, facilitate executive workshops, decompose value chains, and translate findings into structured requirements that drive AI-powered solutions.

This role blends management consulting with AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or boutique firm.
• Ability to independently own executive-level client relationships and workshops.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping expertise.
• Cross-industry experience across multiple geographies; healthcare, energy, or retail a plus.
• Excellent skills translating business findings into clear technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations strategy and value-chain analyses across supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders.
• Translate findings into structured requirements for architects and data engineers.
• Own one or more delivery lanes end-to-end, including planning and risk management.
• Define As-Is / To-Be architectures and drive enterprise-grade deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and consultants to run sessions independently.
