Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams by setting technical direction, delivery, and quality.
• Champion AI-native and automation-first SDLC practices.
• Partner with Product Management to align roadmaps with stakeholder needs.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, SOWs, onboarding, and delivery quality.
• Recruit, develop, coach engineers and emerging leaders.
