Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience running social for consumer brands with direct X experience.
• Have a personal X presence and a portfolio of posts showing growth.
• AI-native: use AI tools daily in creative workflow and study AI product launches.
• Active on X and other consumer channels daily; understands culture and memes.
• Outgoing and energized by people; comfortable being a visible face of the brand.
• Write fast with a human voice; avoid corporate tone and over-polished language.

Responsibilities

• Own X end to end: define strategy, posting cadence, engagement, and growth; publish daily content.
• Be in the conversation in real time; monitor trends and engage authentically.
• Create content: short-form video, memes, demos, and on-camera moments when needed.
• Turn product launches into moments by collaborating with product, design, and marketing.
• Build the creator network: identify and maintain relationships with creators and advocates.
• Expand beyond X: adapt content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
• Measure performance and iterate; report learnings and double down on what works.
• Experiment with new formats and AI tools to find what resonates.
