Job summary

Cacheflow is hiring an AI-Native Senior Software Engineer II to join the Experimentation & ML Intelligence team. Your focus will be on designing and building Android growth features while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This senior role requires expertise in Android development and a commitment to leveraging AI in engineering workflows.

In your first year, you'll be responsible for successful end-to-end delivery of experiments, ensuring high-quality user experiences, and mentoring team members while evolving our AI-native practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Android software engineering experience shipping production apps.
• Experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Android growth features and experiments.
• Partner with product and design teams for shippable experiments.
• Mentor team members and contribute to standard practices.

Skills

Android software engineering experience

Hands-on experience prompting LLMs

Proficiency with Kotlin

Familiarity with Android toolchain

Experience with A/B testing

Solid grounding in performance diagnostics

Education
