Job summary

Regal is seeking a Product Manager in New York City (HQ Midtown). You will own a core surface of our product end to end, shaping the roadmap, execution, and the metrics that prove it’s working.

You will partner with engineering and design to turn raw customer problems into shipped, adopted product experiences. We’re looking for an AI-native leader with 2–4 years of PM experience who can move fast, own decisions, and bridge complex technical needs with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development and ability to bridge customer problems with elegant product solutions.
• Strong customer instinct and ability to turn insights into actionable product bets.

Responsibilities

• Own your team’s product roadmap and execution with engineering and design.
• Develop deep understanding of how customers use Regal today and identify key pain points.
• Ship polished product experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and actionable.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration on a weekly cadence.
• Drive adoption and impact by delivering products that meet customer and business goals.
• Raise the bar by contributing to team execution and culture.
