Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, strong data-driven decision-making, and Agile expertise. Hybrid Minneapolis-based role with base compensation in a market range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership with roadmaps and backlog ownership.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes with data, metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, adoption, and success metrics for AI-enabled tools.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, and improvement.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Align user needs with business priorities and drive change management and adoption.
