OLX is seeking an AI-native Product Designer to join its European design team in Spain, working at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will prototype and ship live experiences with engineering partners using Lovable, Claude, Cursor, and Figma Make.

With 3+ years in UX/Digital Product Design, you will shape end-to-end journeys, contribute to the Nexus design system, and translate business goals into measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years of UX/Digital Product Design experience with shipped work and live prototypes.
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset using AI tools (Lovable, Claude, Cursor, etc.) in design and prototyping.
• Ability to read and critique React/HTML outputs or proficiency with no-code tools to ship directly without engineering handoff.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design and iterative product development.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data analysts to conceptualize and ship user-centered solutions with measurable value.
• Translate business goals into design logic, define success metrics, and run experiments to show impact.
• Use AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code, not just static mocks.
• Build prototypes and production-ready components, test with real users, and iterate quickly with engineering support.
• Design AI-assisted interaction patterns and contribute to Nexus design system with reusable components.
• Lead design reviews, communicate rationale with data to cross-functional stakeholders.
