Job summary

Undisclosed Partner is building AI-native workplace products that transform learning, collaboration, and interaction with intelligent systems. We seek a staff-level designer to lead major AI-native product initiatives from research to iteration.

You will work with product and engineering leadership to shape strategy, design intuitive, trustworthy conversational AI, and prototype concepts using rapid testing and user feedback, while enabling flexible remote work across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Staff-level experience designing complex digital products and influencing direction.
• Strong strategic problem-solving and systems thinking in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication to champion user needs and design excellence.
