ElevenLabs is seeking a procurement professional to scale AI-driven supplier spend globally, combining analytics and operations to avoid vendor sprawl.

You will design simple workflows for intake, approvals, contracts, and renewals while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Engineering across US and Europe.

The role emphasizes AI-native tooling, high-velocity decisions, and visible impact on terms, pricing, and governance in a fast-growing SaaS/AI company.

Qualifikationen

• Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management experience in a technology environment.
• Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, SaaS contracts, cloud/infrastructure.
• AI-native working style: actively uses AI tools to improve sourcing and reporting.
• Able to build simple procurement workflows across intake, approvals, contracts, POs, onboarding, renewals, spend reporting.
• Able to work effectively across US and European time zones with cross-functional partners.
• Bonus: experience with AI infrastructure, cloud spend, developer tooling.
• Bonus: experience with audit-readiness, SOX-readiness, IPO-readiness, or global procurement ops.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement procurement workflows to reduce vendor sprawl and renewals.
• Improve spend visibility and contract terms through analytics and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, GTM and business owners.
• Leverage AI tools to speed sourcing, renewal tracking, contract review, and reporting.
• Create scalable processes across contracts, POs, onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting.
