Qualifications

• Six+ years in solution architecture, data engineering or senior software engineering, with martech/CRM/CDP context.
• End-to-end production applications or data platforms in cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong data architecture skills: dimensional modeling, integration patterns, API contracts, data quality.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience: pipelines, schema, query optimization, data sharing.
• Hands-on Databricks experience: PySpark/SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.
• Experience with Azure data engineering tools: Data Factory, Functions, Event Hubs, Blob Storage.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or Azure-managed equivalent for workflow orchestration.
• Full-stack awareness: design and contribute to front-end, back-end, and data integration.
• Hands-on GitHub for source control, CI/CD, PR workflows and release management.
• Demonstrated AI-native working practice in professional delivery contexts.
• Experience integrating campaign management, CRM, marketing automation, or CDP with enterprise data platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for architecture diagrams and executive-friendly reviews.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience with ADO or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and ongoing development of Wynn's custom campaign management application — owning architecture decisions, feature delivery, and platform evolution roadmap.
• Design and implement application components across the full stack — including front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and data integration layers with production-quality standards.
• Define and enforce the application's data model and integration contracts; ensure campaign execution data flows between the campaign management app, the data warehouse, and martech activation platforms.
• Identify and remediate technical debt; propose modernization initiatives with clear business impact.
• Manage the application development lifecycle in GitHub — branching, PR review standards, release tagging, and deployment pipelines in alignment with CI/CD practices.
• Design end-to-end martech architectures spanning campaign management, engagement platforms, CRM integration, and data warehouse connectivity.
• Produce architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flow maps, API specs) for engineering handoff and executive reviews.
• Mentor engineers and analysts on architecture thinking, AI tooling adoption, and CI/CD.
