Job summary

Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas invites a Martech Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of Wynn's campaign management application and martech ecosystem. You will own end-to-end technical design, build scalable data pipelines, and enforce integration contracts across the CDP stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in solution architecture, data engineering, or senior software roles.
• At least two years in martech/CRM/CDP context.
• Experience delivering production applications or data platforms end-to-end in a cloud-native environment (Azure preferred).
• Strong data architecture skills: dimensional modeling, integration patterns, API contracts, and data quality.
• Hands-on Snowflake and Databricks experience in Azure.
• Experience with Azure data tools for orchestration and processing.
• Experience with Airflow (or Azure alternative) for workflows.
• Full-stack development awareness with coding experience in two tiers.
• Proficient GitHub, CI/CD, PR processes and release management.
• Demonstrated AI-native development practices with AI tools in delivery contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing development of Wynn's campaign management app and platform evolution.
• Design front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and data integration layers with production-grade reliability.
• Define and enforce data models and integration contracts across data warehouse and martech platforms.
• Identify technical debt and propose modernization with business impact.
• Manage GitHub-based development lifecycle, PR standards, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor engineers, surface blockers, and ensure governance of integration standards.
