Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for the Martech & Campaign Management platform. You will own frontend and backend development, build scalable campaign workflows, and integrate with enterprise martech, CRM, hospitality, and gaming systems.

Ideal candidates combine strong ReactJS and Python skills with practical experience in Snowflake, SQLAlchemy, Docker, and GitHub CI/CD. Expect collaboration across marketing and operations, with a focus on production-quality code

Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-stack software engineering with frontend and backend ownership.
• Strong ReactJS proficiency for complex, multi-workflow enterprise apps.
• Strong Python and FastAPI proficiency; RESTful API design.
• Hands-on SQLAlchemy ORM experience; relational data modeling.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience and data integration.
• Experience with Docker containerization and consistent builds.
• GitHub CI/CD workflows experience with automated gates.
• AI-native development approach with responsible tooling usage.
• Experience building enterprise applications with complex business logic.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ReactJS-based UIs for campaign management workflows.
• Develop FastAPI-based backend services and data models using SQLAlchemy.
• Connect campaign app with martech, CRM, hospitality, and gaming platforms.
• Ensure code quality with tests, linting, and observability hooks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into usable UX.
