Knit is seeking a Lead Product Manager to redefine customer understanding in an AI-native world. You will own a meaningful product surface end-to-end, drive bets at the company level, and act as a senior voice on product strategy, AI craft, and customer value.

You will ship in two-week cycles with our engineering bench, partnering with senior leaders to shape what Knit becomes. You will build direct customer intuition with researchers, make AI-native decisions, and drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Product Manager in a strong product culture.
• 0→1 experience taking a product from zero to meaningful user adoption.
• Shipped AI-native features; familiarity with evals, latency/cost tradeoffs, failure modes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially at scale.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture-level discussions with senior engineers.
• Evidence of strategic impact beyond the product surface.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful product surface end-to-end from discovery to adoption.
• Build direct customer intuition with researchers and stakeholders.
• Make AI-native product decisions about model usage, evals, and failure modes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D and GTM to reduce mid-stream changes.
• Contribute to company-level decisions and long-term roadmaps.
