Knit, the AI-native consumer research platform, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to redefine customer understanding in an AI-driven world. You will identify the right problems, shape bets, and partner with engineering, research, and GTM to ship work relied on by Fortune 1000 brands.

You will own a surface end-to-end, write crisp specs, build direct customer intuition with PhD-level researchers, and influence AI layer decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in a strong product culture.
• 0→1 experience bringing a product to meaningful usage.
• Growing AI fluency with involvement in AI/ML features.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical comfort discussing architecture with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own a Meaningful Product Surface End-to-End from discovery to delivery to adoption.
• Build Direct Customer Intuition by engaging with users and PhD-level researchers.
• Engage with AI-native product decisions and evaluation strategies.
• Operate as a Force Multiplier Across R&D and GTM to align teams.
• Grow Into Company Level Thinking and strategic roadmap discussions.
