Job summary

Knit is seeking a Lead Product Manager in New York to redefine customer understanding in an AI-native world. You will own a meaningful product surface end‑to‑end, ship in two‑week cycles, and drive company‑level bets with senior leaders including the Director of Product, CTO, and CEO.

You will collaborate with on‑staff Researchers and Engineering Leads, shaping strategy, AI craft, and customer value to extend Knit's platform at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Manager experience at a strong product culture.
• Experience taking a product from zero to meaningful customer usage (0→1).
• Shipped AI-native features with understanding of evals and latency/cost tradeoffs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to discuss architecture with senior engineers and make tradeoffs.
• Influenced roadmap direction with evidence and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful product surface end‑to‑end from discovery to adoption.
• Build direct customer intuition by collaborating with researchers and customers.
• Make AI-native product decisions on the product surface.
• Coordinate with R&D and GTM to create alignment and reduce mid‑stream thrash.
• Contribute to company‑level decisions and roadmap with bets backed by customer insight.
