Base44 seeks an experienced marketer to own our audience growth, shape our product positioning, and run AI‑driven campaigns that drive signups and engagement. You’ll craft campaigns, landing pages, and customer stories at high velocity, using AI to accelerate every step and build internal tools to speed work.

Ideal candidates have PMM experience at a B2C tech or growth company with proven numbers. Expect a fast-paced, data-driven environment with NYC in‑office collaboration several days per week

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience as a PMM at a B2C tech, growth-oriented company with measurable results.
• Strong intuition for audience and positioning with growth bias.
• Genuine AI fluency with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own an audience and a growth number from strategy to execution using AI to accelerate impact.
• Create campaigns, landing pages, product content, and customer stories at high volume with AI
• Run growth experiments across channels to optimize sign-ups and engagement
• Build tools, automations, and AI workflows to speed up marketing processes
• Lead product launches with Product and Growth teams, shaping positioning and go‑to‑market plans
• Stay on the bleeding edge of AI capabilities and apply new models to marketing
