Cardiff, Inc. is hiring a senior software engineer to own end-to-end AI-powered customer-facing products and internal tools atop Cardiff's shared platform.

You will partner with our Managing Partner and Lead AI Architect to translate operations, sales, underwriting, and finance needs into working, shipped software within a week. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Production features shipped using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin, or similar as primary tools.
• Recent example (within 6 months) of using AI tooling to deliver 3–5x faster outcomes.
• Depth in agent orchestration (loops, graphs, multi-step tool use, multi-agent patterns) with LLM APIs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Fluent build-vs-adopt judgment and strong awareness of AI output quality.

Responsibilities

• Own each project end to end: backend, frontend, deployment, and live iteration.
• Design and launch AI agents tied to measurable results.
• Collaborate with the Lead AI Architect on architecture and platform evolution.
• Integrate with Salesforce, Snowflake, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, and internal tools.
• Prioritize open-source solutions over homegrown clones and review AI outputs before shipping.
