Nord Security is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-native tools across web and mobile platforms. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, and data teams in a highly autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications with measurable adoption.
• Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web apps (frontend + backend).
• Comfortable working with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria.
• Strong product mindset focusing on outcomes and impact, not just tickets.
• 5+ years of development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, or feature).

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production.
• Deliver features without relying on fully defined specifications.
• Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers.
• Operate in small, autonomous teams.
• Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
