Job summary

Turing Labs Inc. is seeking a highly autonomous software engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA, in person.

You will own the complete lifecycle of features from concept to production, collaborating with domain experts and customers to build reliable platform components using React, TypeScript, Bun, and LangChain-based tooling. Expect rapid impact: deliver a small feature within 15 days, major end-to-end improvements within 30-45 days, and help shape our agentic AI and R&D tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience building real products.
• Ability to own end-to-end features and drive them to production.
• Experience leveraging AI coding tools and modular architectures.

Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with real-world problems and own the complete lifecycle of creating novel solutions.
• Talk directly to customers to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Support and continue to build backend compute architecture (React, TypeScript, Bun, Elysia) and agentic toolkit (LangChain-based).
• Help expand horizons by combining ML, agentic AI, and traditional software approaches to solve complex problems.
• Within 15 days: own implementation of a small feature; within 30 days: end-to-end major improvement; within 45 days: deliver user-informed invention.
