Reacher is an AI-first SaaS platform backed by YC, building an operating system for TikTok Shop brands and creators. You will own features end-to-end, shape the architecture, and mentor engineers to ship with AI-native workflows.

Expect to work across the stack—from Python backends to React frontends—within an ambitious, fast-moving team that values product and design as highly as code. Join us to drive velocity and real customer impact.

Competenze

• 2–6 years of professional backend leaning full-stack experience at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment.
• Comfortable building features across the entire stack—from schema design and backend APIs to pixel-perfect frontend.
• Care deeply about product, design, and user experience.
• Have owned something meaningful end-to-end and can set engineering standards in an AI-native environment.
• You are comfortable working in ambiguous contexts and can push back on requirements for better outcomes.
• You ship meaningful AI-assisted features with modern tools and architectural discipline.

Mansioni

• Own and lead product features end-to-end: research, design, implement, test, and ship.
• Lead and shape engineering architecture: set standards for code quality and practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers in AI-native workflows and best practices.
• Talk directly to customers and translate requirements into polished UX.
• Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GCP.
• Build responsive UIs with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with minimal oversight.
• Drive architectural decisions and processes to boost AI-assisted velocity.
• Ship fast and learn fast in a high-urgency environment.
