Rechat Inc. is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer to join a fast-growing, AI-native platform used by brokerages and agents. You’ll own client-facing features from discovery to production, collaborating across API, UI and data layers.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping with AI, shipping at pace, and post-launch support. You’ll speak with brokerage leaders, translate needs into working software, and ensure reliability and scale across deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-stack software engineering in production.
• Strong in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience shipping with AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience collaborating with customers or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery calls and write clear specs with clients.
• Prototype quickly using AI and ship to production via APIs.
• Build AI agents and ensure robust post-launch support.
• Collaborate with customers to turn needs into usable features.
