EY is hiring for a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead teams delivering AI/ML solutions across Power & Utilities. You will work with diverse clients, design scalable analytics platforms, and translate AI outputs into business insights while navigating regulatory and governance requirements.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, advancing cloud and on-prem deployments, and ensuring high-quality data pipelines and model performance in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with Generative AI models and ML workflows; data ingestion, transformation, and evaluation.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
