Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering within the Power & Utilities sector. You will build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, collaborate with clients, and guide teams across data, analytics, and software engineering to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years in AI/Data/ML field as full-time work experience.
• 2–4 years of direct experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-impact production AI/ML on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with Generative AI models and ML frameworks (OpenAI, PyTorch).
• Experience with ML ops, data ingestion, transformation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective process and project management.
• Continuously improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage professionals and supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients, participate in sessions, and drive workstreams from plan to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities (e.g., asset health, outage optimization).
• Work with utility data sources (SCADA, GIS, Maximo, OMS, CIS) and modern analytics platforms.
• Support moving AI solutions from pilots to production with governance and security.
