Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, architect AI agents, and integrate multiple AI platforms into scalable cloud-native solutions.

You will lead technical workshops, drive POCs, and measure agent performance, latency, safety, and cost while collaborating across finance, healthcare, and retail domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems.
• 5+ years Python/Java programming; production deployment and observability experience.
• 3+ years with cloud AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• Strong ability to lead workshops and collaborate with clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with end-to-end lifecycle observability.
• Create integration layers across AI providers for seamless pipelines.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless patterns for scalable systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across domains and engage with stakeholders.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with clients.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, and cost.
