EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Director to lead an AI-native transformation portfolio for a major insurance client. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and executive reporting, establishing an AI Hyperfactory operating model from Day One.

The role requires 15+ years in tech delivery, 8+ years guiding large portfolios, and a track record of successful transitions and SLA-driven outcomes. Remote-first with global teams and strong client leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery or digital transformation leadership.
• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale portfolios or enterprise client engagements.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with delivery and financial accountability.
• Experience leading transitions from incumbent vendors with knowledge transfer and stabilization.
• Strong background in outcome-based or SLA-driven managed services environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across onshore/offshore models.
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, Product Engineering, Cloud, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of a strategic portfolio across programs, projects, products, and managed services.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for portfolio performance, delivery excellence, and business outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivery predictability across the portfolio.
• Lead transitions from incumbent vendors with migration, stabilization, and knowledge transfer plans.
• Establish transition governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Establish and operationalize an AI Hyperfactory delivery model and define the portfolio's AI-native transformation roadmap.
• Drive adoption of AI across software engineering, testing, operations, and delivery governance.
• Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks for scaled deployment.
