Job summary

Pursuit is hiring a Data & Systems Manager to shape how we use data and build infrastructure as an AI-native organization. You’ll partner with the Head of AI Strategy & Transformation to turn messy problems into scalable systems, connecting CRM, data dictionary, and internal tools as both people and AI depend on them.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data experience in analytics, operations, BI or similar.
• Strong foundations in SQL, spreadsheets/Excel, and CRM systems like Salesforce; hands-on with AI tools.
• Builder mindset focused on durable, scalable systems rather than quick patches.
• Proven track record of ensuring data completeness and accuracy at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own data infrastructure end-to-end: semantic layer, data dictionary, internal tools.
• Turn data into insight: build reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Enable self-serve outcomes data across teams with high data quality.
• Design data structures and governance reflecting how programs, fundraising, and operations work.
• Connect SaaS vendors and internal tools; manage access, permissions, workflows.
