Job summary

Pursuit is seeking an AI-Native Program Manager to own the Builder experience for our nights and weekend cohort at the Long Island City office. You will coach Builders, lead workshops, and design AI-powered workflows to scale the program.

This onsite, full-time role reports to the COO and focuses on cohort outcomes, operational excellence, and innovation across the learning experience.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience in startups, operations, customer success, workforce development, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead groups, coach individuals, and create momentum in high-accountability environments.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows, solve operational problems, or build learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Builder outcomes: coach a cohort, support persistence and career outcomes.
• Lead workshops and sessions rooted in practical AI applications.
• Design lightweight tools, automations, and workflows to create leverage for Builders and the org.
• Represent learner and operator needs in AI-enabled learning ecosystem.
