Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
• 1+ years leading technical teams, mentoring engineers/consultants.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java and web architectures; strong coding practices.
• Hands-on AI/LLM experience or familiarity with generative AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders with regular 1:1s and career planning.
• Provide technical direction, consulting mentorship, and project governance.
• Bridge production deployment skills from experiments to enterprise-grade software.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to attract CS graduates and shape program strategy.
