Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, admissions, operations, or related field.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment funnel from awareness to enrollment and hit targets.
• Lead information sessions and recruitment events with strong room presence.
• Coordinate outreach (email, text, social) and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
• Use AI tools to automate routine recruitment tasks and improve efficiency.
