Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare media, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs, writing precise explanations in English, and working from home or while traveling. You’ll help shape AI systems by providing careful feedback and clear, evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to review AI outputs and explain findings in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, and describing findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence and realism, with a concise English explanation.
