Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and write explanations of what looked or sounded off. Work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, comparing outputs to prompts and documenting findings. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or be pursuing one, and be able to communicate clearly in written English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence and quality.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English-language explanation pointing to observed issues.
